4. Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Services

If you cancel a scheduled session at least seven days before the appointment, we will issue a full reimbursement to your original payment source within ten business days. Cancellations made within seven days of the session are non refundable due to resource allocation. You may reschedule one session within thirty days of the original date at no extra charge by reaching out via our contact form.

4.2 Informational Products

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, informational products are non refundable. If you experience a technical issue or defective download, please contact our team via the contact form and we will provide corrected files or access without additional charge.

4.3 Physical Products

Requests to ship back physical items must be made within fourteen days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Reimbursements will be processed to your original payment source within fourteen business days of receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
